Hatem Mabrouk

Hatem Mabrouk is a Professor of International Business at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Blockchain Leader at the Center for Digital Evolution, EGADE Business School. His research focuses on blockchain applications, international law, global business, and digital policy. He is the founder of FMTO.com. He holds an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law with a Commercial and Business emphasis from Indiana University Indianapolis, an LL.M. by Research in International Business Law from the University of Dundee, and an LL.B. from Alexandria University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at UNICAF University. Drawing on collaborations with international organizations, he bridges research and practice. His teaching has been recognized with Tecnológico de Monterrey’s Excellent Professor Awards and his selection to the Circle of Distinguished Professors. Represented clients, advised firms, and collaborated with both Mexican and international companies and startups. Delivered presentations and served as a guest speaker at numerous local and international venues. Engagements have spanned prestigious institutions and events such as Indiana University Indianapolis, St Albert’s College (Autonomous), the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives (IMEF), the American Institute of Monterrey Preparatory School, Westhill Institute, the Network for International Business and Economics Schools (NIBES), University of Illinois Chicago, and Cracow University of Economics.
